3D Asset Management
Information is collected continuously during the planning and construction phase and can be used at a later time, when operating the property. ViCon gathers such data and makes it available to early Facility Management. Relevant calculations and cost estimates are thus possible as early as during the construction phase. The 3D model forms the basis on which information, once collected, can be used consistently.
Efficient data management is of crucial importance for complex planning, construction and operating processes. Data is generated once and continuously reused and amended throughout the life cycle of a building, thus creating added value for investors, users and operators. Continuous maintenance and update of the 3D model reduces the workload caused by retroactive data collection, prevents data redundancy, excludes typical process interruptions and creates leeway in decision-making.
